On Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at approximately 11:45am the North Babylon Vol. Fire Company was alerted by Babylon Central Fire Alarm of a reported vehicle fire on Claremont avenue. First arriving engine 1-8-2 began the initial attack with the crews from Engines 1-8-1 and 1-8-8 right behind to assist in the extinguishment of the vehicle. All units were under command of Chief Rob Cabano. No injuries were reported and all units were back in service in 30 minutes.
